In preparation for a fully packed working week with a client, I am trying to articulate what would I consider to be a successful session. I would consider this trip as a success, if...
If the 10 working groups we have formed will take the strategic missions and manage to turn them into a workplan.
If we created measurable targets to be incorporated in the next year's budget.
If we were able to adjust workflows and working protocols to fit the company's new and existing challenges.
If we refined the company's management team's responsibilities and accountabilities to upgrade its performance.
If we managed to use the company's great culture to create a solid and effective internal communications process.
And most important, if we ended the week with passion, hunger and drive to accomplish those targets.
